So my “love” for Sprint is pretty well known. Tracie’s phone went on the fritz early this week. Sprint replaced it under warranty. Nice. The technician took Kyra’s phone number down to call when the replacement came in. Good move. Yet… Tracie just told me Sprint called her phone (the same one that was on the fritz) to let her know her replacement phone was in (the replacement for the one that is on the fritz.)
Why does this not surprise me?
